1. I did not receive confirmation email/receipt for my order and what is the shipping time frame?

After you place your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If you cannot locate the email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you are still having trouble locating your confirmation email, do not hesitate to contact us at contact@mrelfs.com for further assistance. 

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed and shipped and 7-12 business days for international orders. Orders are only shipped during our business hours; Monday through Thursday 9am-4pm CST. Shipping may differ on National Holidays.

2. How do I track my order?

Once the shipping label for your order is created you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You are welcome to click the "Track Order" tab on our site, then enter your order number and email address used when the order was placed to view the tracking information for your order. 

3. How do I make changes to my order?

Feel free to email us at contact@mrelfs.com  to make any changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled! Please keep in mind that order changes or shipping address changes are not guaranteed during higher order volumes. We recommend double-checking your order and shipping address before placing your order to ensure it is correct.

4.There is an issue with my order, what should I do?

6. What is Mrelfs' shipping time frame?

For the most accurate estimate, please refer to the shipping options displayed at checkout after entering your delivery address.

7. I never received my order, what should I do?

If the order has been marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please wait 3 business days to see if the package gets delivered. Occasionally, packages can be marked as delivered prematurely. After this time, please contact us for further assistance. 

If your order is still marked as confirmed, please email us at contact@mrelfs.com so we can look into the issue for you. 

If your order is stuck in transit, please contact the shipping carrier or contact@mrelfs.com. 

8. What shipping carriers do you use?

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. International orders are shipped via GlobalPost.

9. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship internationally! Please enter your shipping address at checkout to see if we ship to your location and to view the shipping rates. 

10. My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

No worries, we’ll take care of it! Email us at cntact@mrelfs.com and let us know.

11. What's the sizing like?
