We want you to love what you buy. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 45 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

1. Returns & Refunds

You have 45 days from the date you receive your item to request a return for a refund.

Once we receive and process your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes up to 7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.

2. Conditions for Free Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are FREE if the item meets all of the following conditions:

The item is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

All original tags and labels are attached.

The item is in its original packaging.

The return is requested within the 45-day window.

3. Conditions for Non-Returnable Items & Restocking Fee
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Items without their original tags or with damaged packaging.

Items that are not in resalable condition.

If a returned item does not meet our return conditions but we determine it can still be restocked, a 20% restocking fee may be applied to your refund.

4. How to Return an Item (Step-by-Step Process)
Please follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange. You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

Email us at contact@mrelfs.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Step 2: Prepare Your Documentation

While waiting for our reply, please take clear photos and a short video of the item(s), including:

The original packaging.

All product tags and labels.

Any areas of concern (e.g., damage, defect).

Step 3: Wait for Our Instructions

Our team will reply to your email within 72 hours with further instructions and a Return Authorization Number, if applicable.
