We process all orders within 24 hours of placement (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

2. Shipping Destinations & Transit Times

United States: 3-10 business days.

Europe, Asia, New Zealand & Australia: 6-10 business days.

Please note: These are estimated transit times and do not include order processing. The final delivery date will vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. For the most accurate estimate, please refer to the shipping options displayed at checkout after entering your delivery address.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Threshold

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $69.

Shipping costs for orders under $69 range from $3 to $14, depending on the shipping method and destination. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.

4. Where Do We Ship From?
To ensure faster delivery, we operate a distributed warehouse model. Your order may be shipped from one of our strategically located warehouses in Singapore, Hong Kong, the United States, or the United Kingdom, based on product availability and logistical efficiency, especially during peak seasons.

5. What If I Haven't Received My Order?
If your order is delayed or hasn't arrived, please take the following steps:

Verify Your Shipping Address: Ensure the address you provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
